I hate how they edit out them taking off their clothes and all of the sudden *POOF* they are naked. I like seeing women having sex with their clothes on...like dresses hiked up and panties pulled to the side, shirt pushed up with one boob hanging out. As the scene progresses they could remove articles of clothing until she is fully nude. I just wish they would stop getting edit happy in pornos. What is far more appealing is to see the woman as she undredded wearing modern, but not ultra-porned bras and panties. I personally find regular-ish bras that today's modern woman wears to be incredibly sexy. I don't need a thong over garters and fishnets to get excited. In the 1970's, it was common to see someone like Seka wear those soft, sort-a see-through bras that would make their appearance after her shirt was removed. I agree with Bigfoot that I would much rather see the girls wear their street clothes rather than the stripper wear they usually change into before the scene. One of the worst examples of this was in Breakin'em in 2" Where Peaches came in the most adorable hip young girl clothes and then was forced by Vince Voyeur to change into generic stripper clothes before the sex started. Street clothes allow us to fantasize about the girls we see every day. Stripper clothes allow us to fantasize about strippers. Whee? We can just go see strippers naked any time we want. I think that he has those various tawdry outfits because he really likes them and likes to see multiple women in them.Well, that is a potential problem to be sure. I would hope much of that would be caught at the casting stage. As I read that the image I have is of some of the Dirty Deb episodes where exactly that happens. The girls who are awkward taking off their clothes are almost universally also awkward once the sex starts. Even so though you would think that the Director could help a lot with that. Reshooting sex scenes is hard on everyone, but just having the girl put the clothes back on and be coached a little on taking them off the second time doesn't seem to be so onerous. [Link] |

Jenna is fully clothed when she starts making out with Bobby, wearing a shimmering silvery top, a skirt and nearly knee-high black boots. Then the camera floats up to the ceiling, comes back down and - ABRACADABRA! - she's completely naked. Fortunately, they let her do it right in her blistering scene with Rocco in Jenna Loves Rocco. Then there are movies which let you see the clothes come off, except that (this being the world of porn) the whole time she's been wearing no bra or panties, and her only garment is a one-piece anyway. Like in The Seduction of Marilyn Star, where Marilyn goes at it with Peter North. They start getting hot and bothered, so Marilyn slides her dress straps off her shoulders, then pulls down on the whole thing revealing her breasts before just sliding out of it altogether. (In fairness they're in a car in that part of the scene, so it was probably a lot easier for her.) Finally, there's one scene I know of where the woman actually gains clothes for a sex scene - Chasey Lain does this in White Wedding. Her and the guy are making out on the topside of a boat; Chasey is wearing a bikini top with denim shorts and is barefoot. But seconds later when the action shifts to the boat's bedroom, she's lost the top and the shorts, but somehow acquired a pair of shoes.  EDIT: One thing I forgot - I'm with Learned Hand. Scenes where the guy just pulls aside the underwear from her pussy are ridiculous. Even worse is when he actually penetrates her this way. Mark Dorcel is the other studio which still does a quality job in creating erotic...sex. This may sound illogical to many who like their porn fast and hard but to me the "pregame" has always been what truly counts. As far as I am concerned stylish clothing (sometimes plain bra and stockings only) attribute to the "natural" element (again, a look a Christoph's early work reveals plenty) which modern gonzo has practically killed.
