Hey guys! It's not a secret that GG changed a lot after pandemic and the taboo genre is probably the most affected. Unfortunately, the industry (most of the sites/directors) usually distorts it and replaces it with family roleplay scenes and/or silly/incoherent storylines. Credit card rules? new industry guidelines? Who knows... Nowadays, it's increasingly difficult to find good GG taboo scenes. So, let's try to help each other and share some of the best scenes we have watched. I want this space to be a place where you can recommend them and talk about the GG taboo genre in general.
Agreed, finding good GG taboo, in particular the MD genre, is a pretty dispiriting experience these days......whether it's lack of demand or the puritanical crackdown I don't know but fair play to you for starting this thread.

Th only point I want to bring is about what we understand for GG taboo scenes. For what I'm reading from your posts, it looks like you're referring to incest scenes and I don't know if that's the only taboo that could be included. I mean, could be age gap relationships, use of sadomasochists or domination in sex, roleplay or even the notion of lesbian sex itself also add to this definition also added to this definition??? To be honest, I'm little confused about the nature of this post.
Not sure if this is referring to my post but will reply nonetheless, the language you use (inadvertently or otherwise) is part of the problem here, these are not "incest scenes" I'm referring to when it comes to taboo, these are actors not related but engaging in consensual role play.
Whether you are into this kink or not that for me personally should be the beginning and the end of the conversation, we watch TV and films where characters "murder" other characters but we don't blur the lines in this instance, we know it is fiction and we suspend belief for the purposes of our entertainment.

It's ok, Bistahieversor. It's a valid question. I understand taboo as something normally "forbidden". I would like this thread to be focused on taboo scenes with regular (realistic) situations/contexts. However, it's true that most of the scenes here will be about family taboo because it's something difficult to find nowadays.
Let me mention an example: "She was my babysitter" with Crystal Taylor and Jade Baker from Allherluv. This is not a family roleplay scene, but it's based on a taboo story. In fact, I recommend this scene too!
I wouldn't say an age gap relationship is necessarily a taboo situation. It depends on the context I think... On the other hand, a family roleplay scene is not necessarily a (good) taboo scene. The typical story about the new stepmom is not taboo at all but many sites and directors label them as taboo scenes.
No, the fourth point is about the sex. For example, "Grown up talk" with Lexi Luna and Leana Lovings has a very taboo storyline, the acting is ok, but the sex is not precisely good. That's why I didn't mention that scene.
I know this is subjective after all, so feel free to recommend your taboo scenes. From my side, if I think a scene is partially good I would not recommend it.
Yeah, but it's interesting to see what could be taboo in this society and see how porn has replicated it. As far as I can tell, incest is the most common theme in taboo scenes. I guess there have to be more subjects that society see with prejudice, but it looks like the relationships between relatives is the mroe usual.
I get what you're saying and in fact, I like that you bring Allherluv, as it's a site that usually releases very good taboo scenes. The one you mention with Jade Baker and Crystal Taylor is a really good example of it. They usually produce scenes of great quality in both direction, acting and sex. Plenty of them are focused in incest, but some others have also explored other subjects. I will check them back to see if I can recommend some more.
I guess "taboo" could refer to anything that is considered forbidden. It doesn't just have to be incest. It could be a doctor/patient, teacher/student, police officer/criminal or lawyer/client. They could also work in combination with each other.
Yes, the details mentioned in the scene make it taboo. To be honest, I'm dissapointed with Allherluv this year. I wrote some reviews about the "taboo" scenes released and they were not what I expected. In fact, many of them are barely taboo. I'm gonna write about it on the post I think...

Well, if we are going to talk about taboo scenes in GG porn, I think I have one that exemplifies it in a perfect way.
It's the first scene from Girlsway series True Lesbian, titled What set us apart, starring Kendra Spade and Alina Lopez. I think the scene encapsulates all the points referenced in this post. The acting is great, the scene is well directed and the sex is amazing. The taboo part comes from the story as the two protagonists are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of the latter day saints, where homosexual relationships are forbidden and how both women have to deal both with their strong attraction to each other and then with the consquences of their sacrilegious act. It's a really impressive scene and everything is played in a perfect way. I love it.

Great to see your GG Taboo thread kicking off Zsasal. I have always been a huge fan of lesbian scenes with a taboo theme particularly with an older/younger setting. I enjoy scenes with a power play aspect such as a teacher/student or boss/employee setting. Like you I have found these kind of scenes are getting rarer all the time so tend to have to go back to the older scenes to get my fix,
My first recommendation is from an older Girlfriends films release called Poor Little Shyla. The whole movie is pretty much taboo but my favorite scene is with Ariella Ferreira, Rayveness and Georgia Jones. The basic story is Ariella is Georgia's mother/step mother and Rayveness is Ariella's friend. The scene opens with them discussing Georgia's recent admission that she feels attracted to older women. The whole mother/daughter genre does nothing for me but there have obviously been some good sex scenes from that genre if you just disregard the stupid (IMO) 'mommy' talk and just focus on the sex itself.
And of course the original taboo was having sex with another woman period and there used to be some great scenes along those lines but now there really is nothing taboo about that in most western societies which I guess has led to the mommy stuff in search of the taboo element.
Girlfriends Films did have some good taboo scenes around innocent and/or religious young women in the early days. One that comes to mind is a scene between Anna Mills and Cameron from WSW 12 back in 2005. Cameron(also known as Ariel Summers) is a young girl from a religious family and the entire setup to the scene takes place in a car where Anna is trying to convince Cameron to come with her to have sex before she goes to church to meet her husband. It's a pretty good scene and Anna does good job of being persistent in her efforts.
Not sure what the taboo involving religion would be anymore except for Islam obviously which isn't going to be made for a variety of reasons. Even younger Mormons are much more approving of same sex relationships than in the past.
Imo, good actresses know how to use the taboo talk. A good taboo scene shows a real taboo scenario and that includes dialogue between the characters. Unfortunately, the silly scenes I talked about in other posts usually show characters with histrionic behavior and silly phrases. That's not taboo of course.I'm not sure about that. The family taboo category has been present in the industry for a long time.That scenario looks interesting. The old GF Films has a huge catalog with erotic scenes.
I had a look at your first recommendation on your list and really enjoyed it. I thought Dana Vespoli played the role superbly. The setup is done extremely well with Dana showing her inner turmoil over her lustful feelings. She knows it is wrong yet she can't stop the urges. Lust overcomes her inner morals and she gives in. I think that is what makes a great taboo scene. The mother/stepmother angle is not enough if both participants show no doubt if what they are doing is "wrong". My next recommendation is from a studio that has sadly closed down some time ago being Girl Candy Films. It was run by Nica Noelle who was renowned for making wonderful story driven scenes. This particular scene is from a video called Lesbian Guidance Counselor and starred one of my all time favorite actresses, Magdalene St Michaels. She was my favorite for several reasons. Two more excellent recommendations. The early volumes of the Please Make Me Lesbian series from GFF were all deliciously taboo and came at a time when GFF were flying at an all time high for the taboo fan. Series like MDEC, Lesbian Legal and Field of Schemes were all wonderful with continuing story lines and characters. I still remember how excited I was about the MDEC series launch. I just want to also confirm how great the writing and acting were in this scene, and so many people commented on it on the website about how they appreciated it (too bad Adult Time chose to remove comments). About half a year ago I did a 20 part post analyzing the g/g content from AT 2014-2023, and at the time this was the second most viewed scene (just slightly behind Teenage Lesbian Part 2) and the most commented scene during the whole decade.
The subtlest -- and the most spectacular touch -- to me, is around the 9th minute mark of the scene (and I think they know it because this is the thumbnail of the scene).
In the part before this, it was established how close and intimate (though not necessarily sexual at this point) their relationship was. Here was basically a love confession, a moment where Kendra tells Alina how happy she was about the two of them being together -- by quoting scripture. An old Girlfriends scene that has a good taboo feel to it is Carli Banks and Nevaeh in WSW 30. Here's a scene I want to bring up. Not necessarily a recommendation (because the sex is not the best), but it's very notable for being super-duper extra taboo and wildly popular with the audience: Parent-Teacher Trap with Alexis Fawx, Marykate Moss, Kendra James. I did really enjoy this scene from the the taboo angle. They appeared in three scenes in the movie. The best was with Cindy Craves as both sisters stayed for about half the scene.
