My comments above were in reference to you acquiring the 666 pissing line from John Thompson that I passed on.

My attorney sent a Cease and Desist letter to Mike at Nova for distributing the GGG and John Thompson lines which I have exclusive rights to. I have had many customers tell me that they were buying GGG from Nova. I did not know that you were related. So bottom line, if you are distributing the GGG or John Thompson lines, then stop. If not, then don't worry about it. I still wish you success with the 666 line if you acquire it, and I will not sell the 666 line to anyone (even though my contract says I can pick up the line if I want it).

I'm just disappointed that
a) a matter that could have been resolved with a phone call
has become a legal issue.
b) that the professional, collegial working relationship I'd hoped for with Ric, is only that, a hope.

Ric's request that I contact him privately is certainly laudable. I don't know why he didn't do it himself, choosing to call his attorney instead of me or Nova when he had a question.
