So the "retirement" is a way of evading the embarrassment of being an active performer who can't find work. You can look back at the earlier pages of this thread yourself. Back in late 2018 or so, people were asking if she was done because she wasn't making any stuff. Her workload, which was already low, took an even bigger hit once she got dropped from the Speigler agency. As Mark Speigler himself said in an interview, he dropped Gina because she was late to shoots. He also implied vaguely that she gave "him shit to worry about." Speigler was diplomatic when he spoke about the situation in the interview, didn't get too specific. But from what I've heard, Speigler rarely drops girls like that, so I think Gina must have really messed up and did something terrible. Or there was a pattern of bad behavior. Lastly, from what I've read, Gina is a sloth. She sleeps until 4-5 o'clock in the afternoon everyday, and spends all her waking hours smoking weed and watching Netflix in the bowels of the night.
