I'm sure it does exist, as there has been a DP strap-on on the market for awhile now. I'd guess you'd find it in a feature vrs gonzo, as that seems more like a "couple" thing? When I saw the Keri Sable/Eric Masterson scene in Camp Cuddly Pines... I did wonder why they didn't just give him a harness (esp as he could've filmed the handheld POV stuff easier).

There was a time when Christoph Clark was seemingly unable to make a movie without using some of those (rather silly to my mind) strap-on face dildos but I don't remember him ever taking possibly the more obvious route of using a strap-on to create a one-man dp.
