^Her back is an unnaturally perfect straight line. Also her torso seems stretched/elongated. Also her belly seems unnaturally flat. And something is weird about her shoulders/neck. And something weird about her left leg / crotch area. And something not right about the area behind her back where her arms come down. I may be wrong about some of those details being altered, but her back looks very wrong.
