I always wondered why they're not making her picture a link to her profile. Makes no sense.

Second, if you want to have even the smallest chance of someone helping you out, you need to post a pic (make sure it doesn't violate the image policy though), or if you can't post a pic, then at least a link to the pic in question, or the site in question, or something.
