Once upon a time, a lady got pregnant from her husband. The doctor told the husband that he would have to abstain from having sex with his wife when she was eight months pregnant. The husband ignored the doctor's advice and continued to have sex with his wife until she had her baby. When the baby was born, the nurse took the baby and placed him in his father's arms. The baby boy looked up at his father, poked his father hard several times in the middle of his forehead, and said, "how -do- you- like-it?"
