The actress who is very attractive has a large snake or serpent like creature tattoo which stretches from her navel to 'down there' In this movie she indulges in a fair amount of anal action and it commences with her and male friend at their house. They then go off to a fair and he carries her around on his shoulders for some time. She comes back and takes of her jeans and remaining clothes. Ithink that one of the last lines in the movie is this actress telling us that 'I feel cured" after some more anal action.
