The one I thought of right off the bat is the Violation of Kate Frost . Towards the end of filming, she got pissed off because one of the police batons used to ram into her evidently gave her a splinter inher pussy. Herr Direk-tor didn't seem t9o care and they got into a big fight and she ultimately left - screaming all the way. All of this is shown in the BTS section.
