Are the ladies in Girls Gone wild real women or performers hired by the makers of the film. And if they are real, don't they have to give permission to have their images used. And why would they?

They are real girls. They film alot at Lake Havasu, AZ, I've seen them out there. Actually a friend and I filmed the exact footage they had. As for getting permission, they haven't with a girlfriend of mine and I told her she should sue, but than again it's the river and anything goes. I also don't think these girls care, most of them are so plastered they probably don't remember.

i remember someone saying once that it's not illegal because the girls are taking off their clothes in public. it's not the same as peeping into someone's bedroom window.

I remember I fucked this chic when she was crazy drunk. She said I fucked her without her consent because she was so drunk. I did..I did rip that ass...so she was right and I was wrong. The following week..she got drunk again and this time..I had a plan.

I think Steph hit it right on the head. Not only are the participants willing, but they are in public. It's not an invasion of privacy where where there's no reasonable expectation of privacy, such as on the deck of a boat or on Bourbon Street.

If releases or lawsuits were par for the course for this sort of thing, Girls Gone Wild or even Lovers Caught on Tape wouldn't be that common.
