thanks MarcoP. im over it now. i think i was just going through a phase or maybe it had to do with watching too much Plastic Surgery Beverly Hills on tv. i have discovered these cool things called lunges.( did i spell that right?) in fact i do them down the hallway of my apt complex. my neighbours often catch me doing them, its pretty funny..ox christie lee
