Of the current performers, IMHO, Angela White is about as close as anyone to Gianna's combination of a thick and voluptuous body and sexual energy. Angela is quite a bit shorter than Gianna, though.

I also think that Autumn Falls has potential if she keeps improving as she seems to be. She is now a much more active performer than she was in her earlier scenes and she seems to be getting more curvy as well. Again, she is not of Gianna's statuesque height. Very few performers are as tall as Gianna, though.

Past actresses that I thought were somewhat similar to Gianna in sexual energy and that were quite curvy, though not as thick and as tall as Gianna, are Avy Scott and the late August Ames. Avy was not as dominant as Gianna but she fucked with tons of energy and was very passionate in her scenes. She always seemed to end up as a sweaty mess by the end of her scenes. August was a very active performer and, like Gianna, was often the one doing the fucking other than the one being fucked. She always had her hips moving.
