1st, I think we need to know the difference between not a beauty and not attractive. There are girl that don't get a second look, and some you might have wished you never looked at.

For instance. I never looked twoce at Ashley blue until I saw some shots that showed how amazing her body was, and from that point she became sexy to me. She's not a 10 in the face, but she's not ugly.

On the flip, Julie Night live up to her name. Something tells me her stock goes up whenever there is a lack of light. I will say that the first time I saw her the heat was so strong that I soon forgot that the physical was not up to me usual standards. That said, here is my list based on women who's heat exceeds the physical.

Cherie, pretty girl, but her heat elevates every scene.

Lara Lion, Another pretty face, but the action makes the girl.

Aria, She keeps me swole, but it's all based on heat. This girl fucks!

Julie Meadows, I'm damn near in love with her, but it's cause her scenes are so hot.

I agree with Brittney Madison. Not cute, but if you see her work, your jaw is gonna drop. I have never seen a young girl put in work like that.

Rosanna De La Vegas, Borderline cute, but staright up freak in the bed.

Ana Nova, Sharp features, killer body, and great to watch, but not a beauty queen.

Mandy Bright, not cute to me, but if you catch her out of the corner of your eye, you are gonna be hypnotized. Serious heat.

Brooke Balentyne, I know she has fans, and I'm one! but she's not a 10 in my book.

A big part of Julie Night's appeal is that she looks very much like a girl you would know -- in fact, she reminds me of a couple of friends that I actually do know -- but then unleashes some raging female demon that utterly devastates in a way "normal" girls hardly ever seem to. Not sure how you're rating these gals, but Julie's bod is smokin'.

My vote for looks in inverse ratio to mad performance also goes to Ava Devine. She doesn't appeal to me until she starts vamping, and then she's undeniable.

As a side note, someone mentioned Gia Paloma. Now while I find absolutely nothing wrong with Gia and also find her very cute I saw somethign that shocked me today when I went to my local haunt to rent some DVDs. I saw Chunky Chicks 24 and who is that on the cover? I've NEVER seen her that big before! Man, I don't know when that was but wherever you are, Gia, congratulations and good job on losing all that weight. I first saw the "Chunky Chicks" video with a heavy, (but still sexy), Gia Paloma , earlier this year. I think it was shot about a year ago. Funny thing is, I'd seen flicks with a smaller Gia both before and after that one. I don't know when the various scenes were shot. It's conceivable, [but probably unlikely for porn), that Gia chunked up specifically for the role. Hey, DeNiro did it for "Raging Bull" , and Renee Zellwegger did it twice for the "Bridget Jones Diary" movies. Who knows?

It really IS different strokes for different folks, and there is no accounting for taste.

Some eyebrows were raised cuz I don't find Melissa Lauren particularly attractive, (her incredible performances are a whole 'nother story), and then somebody else says Katja Kassin is not so hot?

That's almost inconceivable. I may be low, but I know I'm not at that bottom.

And even though I put them on this list, I like and am physically attracted to Julie Night and Gia Paloma . (Eespecially Gia with her dark features and that big plush ass.) My point with them was that they were not your typical, strikingly beautiful, boxcover appeal porn girls. Although they are both seasoned pros, I would argue that in the starlet pantheon, they are both more of the supporting actress type than the leading lady type and they each have gotten much farther in porn, on the strength of their performances than on their appearance. That's all I meant. There was no disrespect intended. Same holds for Ava Devine . She is attractive enough to me, but I KNOW that she is not to a lot of other porn fans. But her performances can't be ignored.

With that said, It's not quite that I don't find Katja attractive...I do for the most part....definitely that ASS! in addition to certain facial features....However, certain things for me sometimes counter these attributes. In this case it's the fact that she's too euro. Don't get me wrong, I probably am attracted to more women than most people without any regard to descent, weight, height, or age. But, if a woman doesn't have an American accent...then she just doesn't do it for me. (There are very few exceptions such as Angel Dark, Jamie Brooks)

So, technically, I suppose I do find Katja "hot"...if we were talking intrinsic physical appeal.
