Dang, the new Abella, Karmen and Rachel video on Swallowed is amazing, but there are a ton of cuts in it and you can tell it's because it was due to super messy things going on such as around 35 mins in with Abella going down on Mike. As we have seen on most other mainstream porn sites, I guess Swallowed will still be censored a bit as well unfortunately. Overall great scene though and digging the site. I don't think we will go the clip route. As soon as we put anything up, someone rips it off and posts on tons of tube sites. So I think we would actually lose money with that.
That will happen regardless of what you do, so you shouldn't factor that into the equation at all. The reality of the situation is that people who will pay for porn will always be willing to pay for porn, those who don't will never do so. We're just saying that potential customers will be more willing to buy on a scene-by-scene basis than putting themselves into a subscription for just a few select scenes. No offense, but if they wanted those specific scenes so badly that they did sign up, they'd just instantly cancel after downloading them. So instead of selling the videos for like $25-$35 EACH, you sell EVERY video for $25.
EvilAngel currently hosts that Jynx Maze scene where she pukes a ton (real puke, chunks and all) with only ONE edit for censorship purposes and another for presumed clean-up between the action. PervCity and Swallowed do not have a single scene available that can match that. I just do not understand how such a mainstream site is providing nastier videos than these sites specifically made to release the more hardcore material. Baffling! I think he means the scene from True Anal. That scene is INSANE. I don't understand how a lot of it made it through the editing process. Hell 90% of it was like an orangish color if I remember correctly. So many of Mike's other scenes, the oral-only ones in particular, have colored puking and stuff you'd think would not have made the cut, but it did. It feels like you see that stuff ever so often, then the scenes in the next movie are cut to hell. It's very inconsistent.

I was just suggesting the clip route because you might make a bit more money that way and also be able to get by without editing as much, if say the problem is the credit card company you uses won't allow the scenes to go unedited (I've read this reasoning before on vice.com and talked to my friends who work at kink.com about this as well). But yeah as someone said before, I think no matter where you upload the videos people will unfortunately upload them to stream illegally. You just might get more money this way from people like us who want the unedited scenes. Most porn stars don't have monthly pay sites anymore, they've all switched to clip sites for example.
Worst case scenario if we're worried about pirates sharing the scene after downloading from a clips site, we could consider collectively fund the release of scenes. Eg. set up a way to fund scene releases (projectmaenad or gofundme), people pay for the scene eg. $25 and leave their email address, once target is hit the google drive link is sent to the email addresses of those that funded the initiative :)

It's interesting however from a law perspective, I don't quite understand how someone would be prosecuted for puke appearing in porn. I think Max Hardcore was a very different story, there was accusations of abuse and stuff involved in his case. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that's why he got investigated in the first place. I feel like it's sort of freedom of art and shit, you don't see people going to jail for making extremely violent movies or excessive gore. The type of content that the likes of Perv City and swallowed.com produce is not at much risk of prosecution. While Max Hardcore and Rob black were ultimately prosecuted on obscenity charges. No doubt. It seems as though the business plan is to create a site and throw up some killer content at first to build up the subscriptions, then just update it with average, or even subpar stuff, and ride out those subscribers that are too lazy to cancel. I am sure that is what will happen once they get people to subscribe to swallowed.
