I don't know about it being off-camera. Look at the scene. "Who wants it? Who wants it? I want it!" and there's a cut. Now when they come back to her it's still got the puke in it, but that doesn't mean she didn't drink it and puke it back up. They claim nothing was cut, but we know she drank it, and that certainly seems like it would have been the spot.

The scene was well worth it! As far as edited clips that could be released unedited, I know that the Jynx Maze scene from Anal Intensity 2 (on PervCity it is called "The Amazing Jynx Maze Mixes Dirty Ass Smoothies") cuts out some puking during the blowjob in the beginning.

Well, I'm glad we finally got it. It was pretty epic, however, for my money, I think the Maddy/Callie scene is still my favorite. It might not be as crazy as that scene, but it's hotter. More sexual and less of a circus. Plus, I like to see the girls puke in each other's mouths and that one comes the closest to that so far. I also thought the puke looked best in that scene.
