I find it strange this doesn't happen more often, in my collection there are not that many scenes where the "fourth wall" is broken. I think part of the reason you don't see this as much is that, for some reason, it's kind of a black art. I've so rarely seen girls talk to the camera/viewer convincingly without it coming off as hackneyed or otherwise lame. But even then most of the time they are pretending that you're actually there (instead of watching the movie). I own a couple of the DVD's on which the website is based. There is variation; the women seem to be allowed to do their own thing. Some of them are active talkers with good engagement with the viewer. Others are less talky and more personal/emotional/introspective in their performance style. The toys are enormously huge, to the point that very few women can reasonably insert them.
