I think it's no big deal if someone refuses to work with an other actor. I mean it's a job, but it's still sex. The opportunity to refuse to have sex with someone you don't like is the only difference between pornstars and hookers.
Not everybody "clicks" with everybody else. In real life, and in porn. What if you worked in the industry, were dating someone in the industry, and then broke up? Would you be OK with just showing up on set tomorrow or next week and having sex with that person? OK, if you're a dude, you probably wouldn't have a big problem with that, but most women would move you to their "no" list. And some people you meet, and you just think, "nah, don't really want to fuck them", and it's just the way it goes.While the sex in porn is a performance, a job being done by professionals, there is and always will be a personal nature to sex that can't be totally separated from it. And really, who would want to? I'd much rather watch people who can't wait to fuck each other than a couple who are just getting through it.

Just because "x" performer hasn't worked with him, doesn't automatically mean he's on their "No" list. From what I've seen, porn shoots are often based around availability on certain days, and which companies favour certain guys (e.g. Scott Nails and Keiran Lee omnipresent at Brazzers). I've known of porn veterans work for years, shooting hundreds of scenes and just never work together because their fates misalign. Nothing more sinister than that... Besides, the reason why he'd work repeatedly with some girls is because they'd most likely specifically request him (I know Jada Fire responds very well to him, for example), or he may specifically request to work with them. It's not necessarily about scoring with everyone, it's about bringing the goods with people you happen to know and like.
