I believe Camilla Bing continued to shoot when she was pregnant, but i could be wrong about that tho. I know for a fact that both Belladonna and Brianna Love keep on shooting when they were pregnant and made some if their best scenes too.

Eva Angelina had a kid, took a short break and went back to work.
RayVeness had a kid last April. She's been retired for a while though. I got her some things for her baby, via her wish list. She sent me a very nice thank you note, via snail mail.

It reminds me of the joke about the soon-to-be father, who was told by the family doctor, to be "careful" while making love to his pregnant wife.
When the child was born, his mother gently lifted her baby up and into the father's arms.
