One idea is to digitally blur out the lower halves of their faces when they're getting plowed, showing off their alluring eyes, and blur out the upper halves when they're sucking mean cocks. More wild ideas would include covering their faces with pieces of cloth, or even using facial make-up prosthetics or deepfakes.
Additionally, knowing that a pornstar wishes to remain anonymous, and is breaking social taboos while enjoying anonymity could be highly titillating for many viewers

I think there's quite a lot of allure in knowing that these performers are "girls-next-door" who are very taboo-conscious but are still providing a show of hot, intensely pleasurable sex for the viewers.
