So, I seriously doubt that the other 48 states have "condom laws" as it might relate to porn production (since porn isn't "legal" in those states to begin with). Porn production in states like Florida could be challenged, if the state attorney general or prosecutors wanted to waste their time on it. Basically, "porn" would probably (possibly?) be found "legal" if it went to court. BUT, it could also be found "obscene," which is not generally "legal," on a case-by-case basis. Nowadays, the vast majority of people just don't care (so states generally leave porn alone, as long as you're law-abiding in other respects and not flirting with child pornography and/or human trafficking) -- but this is a lot different than being "legal." GDP does not currently identify scenes this way. (In fact, they deliberately make any easy references to any of their scenes virtually impossible.) My understanding is that there are third-party forums where a running list of scenes (i.e. as episode numbers) is sort of maintained and agreed to. The sources I've seen are all incomplete in some way, so I have not placed much confidence in "episode numbers" or "girls names" (i.e. girls names from the first 100 or so scenes). There is absolutely way on the GDP site to search by male performer. Yeah, we all have an idea who some of the males are, but they never ID a male performer. Hell, they don't even ID the female performers At great effort and much time, I have created my own database of GDP scenes -- with pictures -- as that is the only way I have found to be able to make a positive ID. But, you're still left with girls with no actual names, etc., etc., etc. Currently, I've let my membership lapse, so I temporarily have no way to research anything in any depth. HOWEVER, I can still log into the site and see things like new scenes that are being added. BUT, if you go to the actual scenes, the area that shows information like resolutions available, running length, other scenes the girl is in, etc. is replaced by a "Become a Member/Rejoin the Site Today" splash. STILL, I'm pleased that GDP still allows "former members" to log in with their membership credentials and keep track of what's going on to some extent. If GDP would just make an annual membership available, at a reasonable price, I'd sign-up in a heartbeat. Basically, once you've been a member for a few months, it's just not worth paying $30/month to get four new scenes and a few behind-the-scenes and GirlsDoToys updates. (Keep in mind that I'm downloading and archiving absolutely everything that appeals to me.) So, for now, I plan on rejoining two or three times a year -- and for the two-month's at a time necessary to have a "Premium" membership that allows you to download the 1080 HD and 4k files. I'll probably rejoin again in March, 2017. Back to my database... One of the things that allows us to make better/positive scene IDs is the actual date(s) the new scenes are released. So, I've been logging-in every week to maintain a record of new scenes and the date(s) they are released, as well as making a screencap, so that I can be sure to download them when I rejoin FYI, you must do this every week, as the release date information is gone for good when the next update is released going forward. I've thought of posting a screencap record with release dates, of all the scenes since I first became a member in May, 2016, as a service to fellow GDP fans, but I'm not sure how GDP would react -- as they seem to do everything possible to obfuscate any information that might be helpful in making an ID (and I don't want to create any potential copyright extortion issues for Steph and Drew).
