Technically it might be illegal from state to state but no one has ever got in any type of trouble for it. There are a few legitimate porn production companies that get sex workers, only fans models and sometimes actual "porn stars". But they are few and far between. I've made heaps of porn with only fans models, for my own personal collection. Often the model wants me to sign a non disclosure document, that is written by a lawyer. I've done this in various states and we've never been warned by a legal professional not to do it. Heaps of sex workers actually advertise Porn Star Experience (PSE) with filming as a service. As sex work is mostly legal I'd be shocked if anyone ever got in trouble for filming it as long as it was all consensual.
