Studios that are the utmost reliable due to the sincerity of true Barely Legal content, which I feel you're asking for, and that shouldn't be too much of a problem, I feel these are the best studios to go by:
Vince Voyeur DVDs, ranking at the top Sex With A Teenager, Teens In Tight Jeans. These are older material, but still fresh by all means.
Lethal Hardcore, they're often providing the early steps of coming pornchicks, showing off quite some potential. Never 100 % true to the matter of age, but close. Series like Couples Bang The Babysitter, Fuck My Mom & Me nevertheless has a lot of cutiepies going, and won't let you any down. I haven't checked out their stuff from the last year, becausev there are so many medium dicks being around, and I don't consider that to be so fucking hot, it's more a sign of decline.
Anabolic's Bring' Um Young, the one's directed by Sal Genoa or Ivan, 2005-2008.
In The VIP. Huge value I'd say, babes looking just Young all over the place, and I bet most of them are teens, even though necessarily being banged, but quite a lot are, trust me. Volume after volume.
Red Light District from the years 2004-2009 has a lot of potential, some favoriteseries of mine: 1 Dick 2 Chicks, It Takes Two. Approxiamtely showing off a teen in about every scene.
Diabolic's Spring Chickens, those that Sid Knox made, or a dude that went under the name Gregg Alan.
3rd Degree's New Releases, especially volumes from 2004-2006, all kinda classics. Fantastic stuff directed by this dedicated cameraworker that goes by two names, in fact I prefer Danny Case. It's a sign of good quality. Another winner from his hand: Wet, Wild & Young vol 1.
Zero Tolerance: Too Young To Fall In Love, from same era, 2005-2006, funny productions, real gonzo, teens through and through. Who's Your Daddy? gravitates to showing off teens for the most part. Great stuff 2003 and further on from there.
Best New production I've seen last year in this department must be Kevin Moore's Sweet & Slutty (Evil Angel) having teens like Gina Valentina, Sophia Leone, Jojo Kiss in it. If you're negative to Kimmy Granger because she's 20, you sure have a problem. So to sum it, these are not the easiest things to seek out 100% true to the story. But Voyeur once nailed it. And Anabolic.
There's gotta be great flicks, not only the age thing going. When I see lame productions, lousy colors, amateurwieners and teens only, I'm not gonna throw them back as great suggestions.
