once in a while encountered a minor problem which was

Initially ordered 4 items (shipping was SUPER fast as I expected, and the prices were very competitive, plus got free shipping since I ordered 4 dvds). HOWEVER, one of the items I ordered was incorrect.. I was thinking, damnit, now I gotta send it back, get a RMA number, and worry about getting charged for extra shipping for the replacement item, even though it wasn't my mistake Guess what?? The guy Ethan at FiveStaDVD apologized for the mistake, sent out the correct DVD right away, AND LET me keep the incorrect DVD that was shipped, FREE of charge since it was their mistake. Man, turned out to be an even better deal than I thought =))
