Hi everyone,

I had a problem with my partially shipped order regarding to the backordered Evil Angel DVDs. (The problem is I am going back to another country soon so I have to close all bank accounts here, which invalid my credit card info for this order... Let's skip the details here)

Ethan Singer of FiveStar DVD helped me solve this. I feel their service is fast, responsible and reasonable.

I holeheartlly agree with you, mslee! I've been a regular customer of Five Star DVD for a while now and I've never had any serious problems with them. As a matter of fact, their customer service is definitely one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with! They are almost always friendly and courteous and promptly address any issues I may have with my order. Granted, their stock inventory has room for improvment but they are doing their best to keep all their customers satisfied, and that does say alot about them. And they do have some of the best prices I've seen on many of today's hottest porn titles - so thats another big plus in my book!

Not to jump on the "me too" bandwagon, but yep, Ethan (and Ken for that matter) have provided me with great service over the past year and a half or so, and this is a huge reason why I'm a repeat customer at 5-star.
