From what I have always understood, a "grudge fuck" was levied upon someone that you either cannot stand or that has really pissed you off. Ideally, the sex would be hard pounding (anal would be optimal)and odds are that you would not deal with the person ever again (you fuck them and then wash your hands of them). I heard the term quite often while I was an undergraduate and working way through school as a bartender. The choking does not really go with the "grudge fuck" as far as I am aware.
