Good luck finding the DVD somewhere.
What he probably meant is that the scene appears cut on the VOD sites (or perhaps he is looking at the tube sites, who knows?)
But they rarely post ripped DVD (we are not in the noughties anymore)...

on hotmovies, the scene is 30.57 seconds, but I don't know if the scene on DVD is longer...

So maybe - and hopefully - there is a VOD site with the full scene. But I couldnt find one yet unfortunately and tube sites also nothing.

So if someone here knows anything please let me know since the Jon Dough creampies are usually pretty intense and nasty.

I can't help you, but I feel your pain with regard to the extreme difficulty of finding DVD bonus materials on VOD sites. They almost never have the BTS footage for anything, which forces you to track down DVD copies of older movies if you want to see it.

I can think of two reasons:

1. It was an accident when it got turned into digital form by Devil's, so any VOD site that gets it will get this cut-short version

2. Way back in 2000-whatever, when this was sent to VOD sites, the enema play at the end was considered too extreme, so they cut it off. It is more explicit of a finish than the other scenes in this DVD, and I can see some retailers getting skittish about that, especially since it probably wasn't too many years removed from the Five Star Video case. That case involved selling DVDs, but still, it caused a lot of people to rethink things.

But probably, the simplest answer is the best one: someone just plain screwed up. You'll have to look for the DVD from online re-sellers.
