"Angela," from Fifth Element's NUT IN HER MOUTH (2007). Here's a pic:  (She looks a little like Veronica Brazil, but she definitely ain't her.) She's ID'ed as simply Angela on the back cover, but IAFD doesn't list her among the cast, and I couldn't match her up with any of the Angelas they have on file.
