Newby and all but I'll get straight into the reason I registered.
I'm looking for a specific type of DVD's. I don't know about anyone else but I get bored of the Hardcore DVD's that just go straight into girls sucking guys off, then when they've bown their load just going onto the next. It's boring!
Then there's soft core that has the plot lines but I don't know I guess I want more than breast shot and a cut to a fire place.
Does anyone know of hardcore film's with actual plot lines? And where can I find them because I've looked and not found much.
I hear ya. I would like it too, but came to realize it just ain't gonna happen. With everything being profit driven it probably won't for a while.
Porn, especially Gonzo has small budgets. The cast is hired for their sexual talents, not their acting talents. (Ignore the acting during the sex for the sake of argument). Gonzo is catered to us guys that typically want to see the more hardcore action, so the focus is on the sexual talent.
Features are made to cater to couples, so they are more female friendly. Personally, the features always turn into acting that I fast forward through, and to me the sex isn't as exiting. My GF doesn't watch porn, so it only leaves Gonzo for me.
I'm sure people can add to this list. Not really sure how hardcore you're looking for, vignette versus feature, if bondage or fetish works for you, etc. How about reality porn like Shane's World?
You might also try Vignette style hardcore movies, where each scene is kind of a mini-story. I would suggest Buttman Comics: Tales From The Crack (Evil Angel).

I was also going to recommend that if you don't want a full-out feature, but just SOME story to each scene, you might want to check out Manuel Ferrara's recent stuff.
The stuff directed by Justin Sterling for Club Jenna is very stylized, but the sex is harder than you might think, and it has very high production values.
Dave, you won't find any bad acting or cheesy set-ups in our films. I don't like that stuff either.
On the other hand, in any give film, sex is 35%-45% of the running time, and in the productions currently available, the sex is on the gentle/vanilla side. If you're looking for all the nasty stuff you're GF doesn't want to do, you'll probably be dissapointed.
On the other other hand, our website has previews that give a pretty solid feel for the way we make film, and you can even watch the first two in their entirety, via our podcast, provided you don't mind doing it 4 minutes at a time, and at 32 hex 240 resolution. Our experience is that anyone who makes it through a couple of podcast episodes and wants to keep going goes ahead an buys the DVD. Consider it our version of the cute girl stand outside the Hillshire Farms store in the mall, handing out free samples.
The sex and plot movie my wife and I enjoyed the very best has been The Opening of Misty Beathovan. You have to be in the mood to dig the Seventies vibe, but the script is quite witty, the acting is solid, sometimes even excellent, and the sex is enthusiastic and hot. You might want to give it a try!
This isn't a bad idea...even from the standpoint of someone who loves the hardest action. I don't mind a little bit of a plot. Often, setting the scene up with a decent plot before the sex starts can enhance the remainder of the scene.
What I really hate, however, is when the plot becomes more important than the sex. It's porn. It's supposed to be about sex, not about the two weeks leading up to the sex. IOW, sometimes, you'll get a flick directed by someone who obviously takes great pleasure in resolving fine details of a story line but forgets that he's making porn. In such a movie, you might be lucky to get 1 good sex scene (which, I guess is also the case with gonzo but at least the remainder of the gonzo is somewhat strokable). I've seen a couple of movies which were about 2 hours long and may have had 20 minutes of actual sex in them. Only the very best directors, with the very best talent and equipment can pull such a movie off and have it be compelling to someone who basically just wants to jerk off.
What is needed is balance. The plot need not be overly convoluted or bloated to the point to where it consumes the entire movie. Often, a small droplet of plot goes a long way if it's a well conceived and executed one. People generally don't want to think too much when they're jerking off and a movie that goes 30 minutes between actual sex scenes just isn't what the doctor ordered unless you're looking for a soap opera with a little bit of sex sprinkled in.
Nevertheless, there's room for it and I really think it'll be the "next big thing" in porn. Porn fans DO generally want mostly sex but a lot of us would like to be psychologically stimulated as well. I've said it before....there's nothing better than porn that gets inside your head. It's going to take some very skilled and highly motivated people to create the next genra of porn but I think we're seeing signs that it's coming.
You could also go with the early Buttman and Seymore Butts titles. Not the most epic storylines in the history of porn, but they did have a sense of adventure that's sorely lacking in today's market.
I fondly remember Buttman's Ultimate Workout , where John had to hide in the gym after T.T. Boy spotted him spying in the alley. I recall some genuine tension in that scene as John tried to stay hidden under the exercise equipment.
For more recent choices, I'd recommend the Blazed and Confused movies. 'Cause you just can't go wrong with Penny Flame.
