Personally, I don't think sequels, are ever as good as the original version, and that includes both main screen and "steam screen" productions.
I can't think, off-hand, of a single challenge example...Can You?
Fashionstas II, is a perfect example-- John Stagliano, decided to make a sequel, to, perhaps, the GREATEST adult film of all time, WITHOUT Helena, the original movie's principal, catalyst character, portrayed flawlessly, and so erotically, by Taylor St Claire,--this, was akin to making Jaws II, WITHOUT the shark!

I think that many series have good sequels, like Fetish Fanatic and Un-natural sex etc.

There are a bunch of sequels better then the original. But it depends. Do you mean Gonzo or Feature?

I think there are sequels then there are SEQUELS.
For example a lot of films just continue on a series for the sake of the theme – something like Big Busty Beauties /#143. You know there really isn’t plot, its just the number of the film. So I wouldn’t consider those real sequels.
But Fashionista Safado: The Challenge would be a true sequel and to me it is equal to the original, but i am not sure if it better then the original.

John Leslie's second edition of "wipe the floor" was just as good as the original. The Teagan, Roxy, and Mark Davis scene was fuckin' awesome in #2

I have to say that the "Big Wet Asses" series from Elegant Angel got much better when William H. took over the directors chair. I love the way its filmed now.

Its always subjective whether a sequel is equal or superior than the original, it's in the eye of the beholder. Is it just me or was this post hard to comprehend. I kept pausing with all those commas in the sentence structure.

"Devil in Miss Jones" (original) is a classic, but I thought "DMJ II" was better, and the Dark Bros "DMJ III" and "IV" were even better still.
I liked "Things Change: Letting Go" (early 90s, starring Diedra Holland and Nikki Dial) more than "Things Change: My First Time," although I suppose technically it was more of a continuation than a true sequel.

For all sex videos some of the newer versions of Barely Legal such as Corrupted and Barely Legal School Girls are better than the original. Britney Rears 3 is much better than the original. I hear Pirates 2 is going to be possible better than the original so often times, series and features get better with sequels. Fashionistas sequel was a not in my opinion, but pretty good still.
