I also noticed that August is no longer a client of LADirectModels.(Or at least her pic isn't up at the website). So this got me to thinking. And now she seems to be in several upcoming Cherry Boxxx/Baby Doll/whatever other damn name they have for that company productions. I don't think that she is gone.

She is still with LADirectModels and very happy with them. I didn't know that August is no longer doing boy/girl scenes. Is that true? I know that for awhile she was doing alot of them and wanted to slow things down. Only, August is not dating Jenna Haze, is she?? Sorry to raise the false alarm on this one gang, it's just that we lose girls in the Adult Biz. in the blink of an eye as many of the other threads on Star Crossed can attest to, one day there, the next, GONE. I do have another question. Why is it that August's pic is not shown on the LADirectModels website? Do they take down the pic if the girl is not working for a few days? Or is this standard practice when a girl has her period, or for some other reason and is unable to work? Just wondering. I have over thought this one for sure, but a little August on the brain is good for everyone. [Link] |

My advice: Lie down and breath slowly and busy yourself with some other stuff until an industry person answers your question. Trust me, I've been through the fanboy killing experience of trying to wade through tons of shit in efforts to discover if a favorite starlet had retired. It sucks. For me, it turned out that the girl did actually retire. That was over a year ago and she is actually still around. I tell you that to illustrate a point: porn stars seemingly rarely truly retire. They just go away for a while. If August is gone, then she has left a trail of killer scenes to be enjoyed for a long time (my fav: "Raincoater's POV", "New Breed 6").
