That movie was a parody of Dr. Drew's Celebrity Rehab and did not have anything to do with Dr. Who. I suspect there hasn't been a parody done of Dr. Who as the TV show and movie was only popular with a small subset of people as a cult favorite. Therefore the potential customer base for this movie would be small at best and nonexistent at worse. On the subject of Dr. Screw, Celebrity Pornhab with Dr. Screw has to be the best parody movie title I have ever heard. I wish I had thought of and produced it myself. Give me a vial of Caverject with a dick syringe and I could screw all of the cute, nubile female "patients" I would have cast in the movie [Link]

One of the links listed leads to a UK porn movie review site, since I live in the States I hadn't even thought of UK produced porn. Dr. Screw is a great porn name, though. How about a proposed movie name like Dr. Screw's Adventures in Fuck Francisco (of course filmed in San Francisco City Hall with Mayor Ed Lee and former Supervisor and current Sheriff Ross "Mirk the Wife Beating Jerk" Mirkarimi in supporting sex roles, with Ross getting beaten and fucked up the sss by a dominatrix's jumbo-width strap-on, the Mayor can be filmed fucking Mattie Borders up the ass).
