Such acts would seemingly require alot of concentration and coordination on the part of the guy, which would most likely take way from the heat and spontaneity of the scene. It already seems that alot of porn guys have their minds on other things besides the sex as it is. I could only imagine if they had to concentrate on trying to fuck two girls simultaneously.
