I know about Case Western,it's an engineering school, and a good one. However, the elite engineering school I live next to, RPI regularly whips the snot of Case's hockey team. I don't recall if any of the schools discussed in this thread has a degree program in Pornography. If anyone ever offers Tits 101 I'm there.

Are you joking about 'guilt'? I'm a performer and I feel no more guilt about my profession than I do about my degree or about my having gotten accepted to harvard. If there's any guilt to be felt, it should be by the women choosing mundane jobs because they're too afraid to be pornstars. I regret all the time I spent sitting at a desk before I changed careers.

I.L. is an athletic-conference comprising eight private colleges in the northeastern usa. It happens to include harvard, yale, and other colleges with good academic reps, so it's associated with academic competitiveness.

Many college degrees are overrated and are not the only signs of intelligence. I would take street smarts, judgment and people skills over most degrees. Trust me I am a classic example.
Good, point. Am I going to say there are not a lot of dumbassesin the porn biz. NO will not. However, I would say the most succesful porn stars are at least if not more intelligent than the most succesful football players. The Katjas, Savanas, Jennas, Jeana Fines, Devinn Lanes have street smarts, firmness, people smarts and business savy. These are not the type of women who are going let guys triple ass fuck them, throat fuck them until they pass out, or let allow 100 guys to come on them in 10 minutes. These are the women we want in the industry. The others who are clueless should stick to genre no more explicit than softcore.
If you do not have these three ingredients(business savy, rimness, street smarts) and you are new porn babe, save your fucking money and get out while you're ahead, because it is going to be a rough road for you.

True, but guys want women who have sexual prowess or at least project it on screen in a believable manner. They also want women and men with staying power. Women and yes guys who act like fucking is a chore are not wanting. Even if a women has sexual prowess, nothing pisses me off and turns me off more than a MALE performer who goes through the motions. "Made it" to me means being a success in the porn business for a sustained amount of time. You are not just seen as a pretty face who was hot for 1 year, you are seen as a solid to great performer. All the women I mentioned are great performers. Some have a more aggressive sexual persona than others but they exude a strong sexual persona on camera.
Most of the performers I mentioned had at least 5 quality years of work. Jeana Fine and Belladonna on some level are overlooked because they were not contract stars but their sexual performances were and are at high levels.
One black girl who his similar to Jeanna Fine's image is Pebbles. Pebbles did not exude a sexual persona in her photo shoots that I seen in models in show magazine and King and perhaps does not fit the stereotype of black beauty like halle bery, but her sexual persona is as dominant as any pornstar I have ever seen. She is easily one of my top five favorites.
It is just not because she got a "big ass" like many of the brother lovers will say. It is how she sucks and fucks and the attitude she exudes doing it. Very few pornstars can exude that attitude.

Steph, to me it depends what degree you have. A history degree at a Ivy Leauge school is not marketable and will not help you succeed in business, science, or even retail management. It will not help you have street smarts, invest your money wisely, or with commone sense, or how to deal with dangers of the world. These are areas I fucked up in but I had a degree in history. I don't think one from a IVy league school would make much of a difference.
Contrary to popular opinion, we should respect the skill and the talent in being a top pornstar for many years. Jena Jameson had the savvy to market herself. But to be seen as great perfomer in porn and to remain marketable in porn for 10 plus years, takes some type of talent. Not every hot babe can perform like Jill Kelly, Jeanna Fine, Janine. Jenna Jameson is the most marketable porn star because of her business savy. If it was fucking, why how come other pornstars with equal talent and physicality are not as famous.

I would add that those elite schools are located in the northeast US. Harvard, Yale, Columbia, Princeton and a few others.
The architecture of their buildings are typically large granite or gray stone/masonary structures covered in ivy. Kind of a mid-evil feel to them. Hence the nickname "Ivy League".

In other matters, I vaguely remember seeing Jasmine St Claire or St James I can't remember on Howard Stern about 10 years ago and she claimed to have graduated from Columbia School of Government or something. Anybody else remember this?
