Are you diabetic? If so, that can play a major role in ED.

This is not a question to ask on a forum. None of us know your medical history. You need to visit a physician to run tests.

As Macko69 already pointed out, we cannot tell you whether or not anything is physically wrong with you. We can tell you that your mental state plays an important role in sexual function, but we're not particularly well placed to observe what that state is.
You say that you find it hard to maintain an erection, but that you do get an erection and you do achieve ejaculation. Ergo, it would appear that nothing is physically wrong with you, which begs the question - exactly how long are we talking about, here?

Question for the OP...How much do you pound your pud? Like daily or several times a day? That can have a major effect when you are trying to get it up with your lady.

Registered Nurse here. There are many reason where a person will be unable to maintain an erection. Physical health can be a cause - illness, age, diabetes. Lifestyle can be an issue - are you eating well, drugs, alcohol. Mental issues can also cause it. There are so many reason that you wont get an adequate response here.
Go online and visit an "Erection Dysfunction" site. My best advice would be to go and see a male GP. Have an examination, and be honest with your doctor. He's there to help you. Erectile dysfunction is common - and curable. So don't worry over it too much. Such worry can even cause it to happen. Lol.
See your doctor.

From what you just described it sounds like your worrisome brain is getting in the way. Do you have trouble getting an erection when you aren't with anybody and you come in contact with any material that would cause you to get aroused?

Talk to a doctor and get a full physical. If you are like me, and they find nothing wrong with your body or health, then you just have to accept you have ED and get into Viagra or something like that. I have used Viagra for years and am able to perform better than guys without ED who don't use Viagra and so it is a very positive step to take. Nothing to be ashamed of.
And, unless you are entering into a committed relationship, you don't even need to share you are taking a pill. Just do it before you are meeting her, discretely excuse yourself to the washroom and take one, etc.
When I go on dates, I always have one in my pocket so if I do happen to end up that way, I am prepared.
Most guys go on and on about how they last hours and hours. The reality is most guys will pump the girl for less than 10 minutes and pop. So, if you are on Viagra or something you will be one of the best performers your partner has ever had in terms of your staying power. This also harms a man in his mindset as we are so conditioned by porn to think we have to fuck the girl for 90 minutes straight or she won't be satisfied. In the real world, most women don't need that and can't even handle that without getting very sore. And really, women get their big orgasms from oral sex, the mental stimulation, and so on... you don't get judged on how long your dick stays hard with most women. If a woman is judging you on that, dump her.
Even when i was on Viagra and would have intercourse non stop for an hour (for example),and the girl said she had enough; I still felt "Oh no, what if I didn't last long enough". This you have to over come. If you can go for 20 minutes you are better than most guys she has ever had.
The only drawback for me, is it does make it difficult to cum quickly and you do last a long time. As most women are used to the 10 minute type of fucks, you may go and go until they tell you they have had enough, and then do a hard "jerk to pop" wherever the girl loves you to cum. Nothing bad about that, a lot of women like to see a guy jerk and cum. But , if the girl can take you for an hour then you will happily blow from sex and that is a great thing too.
So, really, enjoy the ride.
