I have run into some faux-pas every now and then, where they've shipped me things without my asking (on their rental program), and it sometimes takes some amount of time before the movies I order actually get shipped, but I've come to accept that as part of the deal. If I want something very fast, I'll go to someone else, but if I want to be able to exchange it later, I'll be patient and order from excalibur. Plus they have a program that allows you 1 years access to a very large number of adult movie trailers when you order a movie from them. They are very bad quality quicktime things, but they certainly can contribute to the selection process.
Anyway... that's my experience with Excalibur. To be fair, they have gotten alot better over the years, and they seem pretty interested in feedback.
