The DVDs were: Skeeter Kerkoves "Spent" Max Hardcores "Planet Max 18 and Universal Max 2" The determination on why these were prohibited: Customs officials were not very helpful with this issue and at one point one officer told me " I was lucky it wasn't child p*rn" It kind of blew me away to be honest. The package was properly labelled etc. First time in probably over 100 shipments that anything like this has happened. Just thought I would let you know....

But this wasn't child p**n. i was hardcore sex between consenting adults over the age of 18 years of age. It doesn't necessarily have to contain underage people, it only has to be suggested and presented as underage. If you dress the girl up real young and have her say she's underage even though she isn't, that's enough to get in trouble, from what I understand. [Link] |

What a ridiculous system and waste of time and money. I would love to fight this, but they kind of got me by the balls, it would probably elevate my "risk" level and cause more issues. [Link] |

Basically, if a convicted pedophile is seen talking to children or even loitering around a playground they are prosecuted for having "evil designs". Therefore, based on this particular law I could definitely see a local guy who has videos of children from a mainstream tv show that he watches over and over again facing the full force of the law. I personally think this is a great piece of creative law enforcement when it comes to pedophiles. However, there is a more sinister side to the law. About ten years ago a guy was prosecuted for "having evil designs" after allegedly peering down the top of a salesgirl's blouse in a major department store. An example of the Thought Police at work!
