Trying once again, to cater to a market that has never been addressed -- what are your thoughts to include sign language on our DVD's for the hearing impared? Let us know your thoughts! Thanks.....

maxy: I would love to see optional closed-captions on adult DVDs. Not only would that help out hearing impaired viewers, but it would help those of us who care about the plots (or who want to watch at low volume). I often have to crank up the volume and replay sections over and over to understand mumbled or poorly recorded dialogue. Even though my hearing is just fine, I often make use of the caption/subtitle feature on mainstream DVDs.
I think it would be technically easier and more beneficial overall to have text captions instead of sign language, since hearing impaired people are quite adept at reading.

I agree with Saki. Subtitles would be a great feature.
If you decide to go the sign language route I would love to be there then the hand sign segment is being recorded. How do you sign "oh, ah, uh huh, ow! oooohhhhh."?
