Why do video production companies include 'contact us' email addresses on their sites if they have no intention of replying to simple queries? The latest one I've found that appears completely useless is Heatwave. They recently released a DVD called Race Relations featuring Mocha, Kiwi and Cashmere amongst others, and I have been trying to find out if this is a compilation of scenes that appear elsewhere or not. Pretty simple you might think. The only effect my enquiries have had, if any at all, is that whereas there was a broken link to this DVD on the Heatwave site, now there is no link at all. I really don't care if they get thousands of emails a day; if they can't be bothered replying they shouldn't give out an address. If anyone has seen Race Relations I would be glad of a description of it. Or if anyone has any suggestions about how to get basic information out of companies like Heatwave that would be extremely helpful.

Sorry. You basically just ran head-on into the truth that a lot of the lesser companies -- and some of the better ones! -- just don't care about customer service, if it doesn't involve directly taking your money from you at that moment. They don't get thousands of emails a day, they are usually just understaffed by people who don't give a shit about their product and hate the boss anyway ...

I hasten to add that OF COURSE the two companies I do my work through are completely different :)

Haven't seen it but as you probably guessed, it is a comp.

Here is the boxcover of Race Relations featuring the beautiful Cashmere

It features ~
Cashmere's scene from Interracial Cum Facial 5
Kitten's scene from Jackie Browneye
Lari (yellow shirt) scene from Black Cherry Coeds 10

The other girls on the backcover using a white blanket are cut from the Black Beach Patrol series. Can't tell which ones.

Edited to add - Wait...They are selling this (RR) at the price of a new title. Shame on you Heatwave.

Heatwave has some good white male/black female scenes across their many titles. Why not package them as '4 hr Comps' like Devils Films does? I wouldn't mind buying them at comp prices.

Thanks for the info. Disappointing that this is a comp but at least I've not been suckered into forking out for it for the sake of one scene that I already have. If Heatwave want to make any more black themed comps using the Black Beach Patrol series I suggest they raid BBP #10 for Kiwi's scene with Byron Long, as it is currently only available on VHS. Go on, Heatwave, you know it makes sense. Better yet, just bring out BBP #10 on DVD. Easy!
