Greetings,
I'm trying to closeout/clean out my Kickback acount.
I put in a redemption request and got the email confirmation of the request --- then nothing.
Email to kickback@adultdvdtalk.com get no response.
Did I miss the boat on kickback redemption?

You should log on to Adult DVD Empire. I think they were the only one in the kickback program. I just "redeemed" my redemption and then they gave me the credit into my account. I then used my credit to buy some mainstreet stuff. They were very quick and I've already received the merchandise.
