If nearly 30 years is a long time, then it's definitely been a long time. With age comes wisdom, acceptance of the past and maybe a hint of nostalgia. For whatever the reasons, I've recently decided sneaking back into the public eye may at least be a cure for the boredom we've all been experiencing over the past 24+ months.
So, here I am, and find myself really looking forward to possibly reconnecting with old industry colleagues and fans who probably assumed those rumors about me dropping off the face of the Earth and moving to Brazil (or something) were true. If any of you are still out there. :) Maybe I imagined the mid-90s, but I'm pretty sure I was a "name" for a while there.
Where have I been and what have I been up to? Marriage. Raising a family in California. Getting into to rollerblading, martial arts and spending long hours at my dojo. Joining the dreaded rat race in an honestly fulfilling legal-related career. I've had a wonderful and very normal life since we last spoke, for which I'm grateful.
I'm also grateful to have eventually been able to embrace my past instead of hiding from it. Over the last few months that process has included launching and developing a brand new website, getting up to speed with the whole Twitter thang - and even releasing new material on one of those unmentionable adult subscription sites. I don't want my first post here to be over-promotional, but I did spend some time working on my profile this morning and there are links to be found there. But truly: that's not really why I'm here...
So, why join AdultDVDTalk then? I found this site after they retweeted one of my posts and was very surprised and impressed at the thriving community of fans and industry folks which I found.
