Some more details would be helpful.

Were the actors speaking French or was the movie just dubbed into French?

Do you remember anything that might help about locations and actors or anything from the part of the move which you describe as "then some other scenes"?

The only stab I can take at this is to say that I'm pretty sure it must have been a Private movie.

You might want to look at
Andrew Youngman's page at iafd a little closer. Most of his films have been reviewed, so if you see a title that might be familiar check out the review. Oftentimes there will be information about scene pairings and plot.

Unfortunately when memories are foggy sometimes the only way to find information out about a movie is to start with the details that you're sure about and work backwards. Tedious, but it can pay off.

a scene of two guys and two girls in a gym (one girl with red hair and a blonde one)

another scene of a blonde that gives a BJ to a guy,

a Scene of the same blonde who gives a BJ, spying a short haired girl taht is having sex in a bathroom,

And then the "BJ" girl had sex with a guy in another scnene

And then another blonde had sex with a guy in a bedroom

and then the final scene, was in a living room, the living room had a fish tank :)
