1. Foreplay: Its such a turn-on for me to watch 2 (or more) people start a session fully clothed with a healthy dose of fondling. 3. Cowgirl: this is by far my most favorite position. When I'm fucking in cowgirl, I like those boobies in my face and I squeeze, suck and bite the hell out of them. Its fairly rare to see this attention to tits in porn. Also, who likes the girl almost constantly with her hands on the same side of the guy and looking over her shoulder while fucking cowgirl? One of the great pleasures of the cowgirl position is that the guy's hands are free to fondle tits as well as butt (and for this reason, I don't like the reverse cowgirl position), yet so many times the guys hands are no where to be seen.
4. Deep throat: I'm not yet a longtimer on this forum, but do a lot of people like this? I don't, and anecdotal posts indicate that quite a few others don't. The sheer pleasure of a blowjob is the long langorous attention paid to the head of the cock, which is the most sensitive area.
5. Doggy: why do almost 100% of the doggy action in porn with the guy entering from behind not in a straight line but at an angle? Well, I know why, because the camera can get a shot of the action, but does anyone really fuck doggy this way? It takes so much out of the flow of the movement. When you fuck doggy, you have your knees inside those of the girl, you hold that waist for leverage and you ram away. One of the best shots in this position would be the top view of the action, with the cock moving in and out of those moons. Instead 90% of the times, all you get to see is a side shot. Again, fairly rare to see fondling of tits in this position.
6. Threesomes (MFF): If done right, its such a pleasure in real life, but is so rarely captured well in porn. Most of the times, the 3rd person is kind of a runner in the situation, running around the peripheri (or may be jacking off by herself) with no real part of the action. 7. Superspecialization: porn seems to be moving in the direction of specializing too much. Ass, tits, blowjobs, rimming (both M & F), anal, creampies - I greatly enjoy all of them, but don't find entire dvd's devoted to any one of them pretty boring.
