The movie came from the adult section of a small video store in 1988. I thought the title was Indecent Obsession but can not find any variation of that title. It was a well made film with plot and multiple scenes.

A group of woman are walking through a house (?) and witness multiple scenes. The scene I remember best has a guy with very short hair seated in a chair with a topless woman in front of him giving him oral.
