She is bent over a table or something while he examines and he uses phrases like "dont look" and "im going to use a bigger instrument now". She is supposedly unaware of that its his dick that goes in. Then enjoys it and the usual. It was pretty famous actors in it but cant for the life of me remember the girls name.
