The scene is between a man and a female therapist/psychologist.
He's wearing green camo pants and is afraid of the pants or clothes, I guess after some trauma ?

The girl persuades him to take of the pants and is trying to cure his fear by slapping or beating the pants while saying "bad pants".
Anywhoo, they end up doing it on the couch, she's wearing high heels and has a slavic accent.
