Generally a description this vague, without a picture, probably wouldn't get many useful responses. But you're in luck, as that tattoo is extremely distinctive and even sorta "famous" in porn. It's Seymore's ex-GF (or wife?), Alisha Klass. That picture doesn't do her justice IMHO.
There are some much better pictures here IMHO.
