When I was in 6th grade I went to a friend's house and saw this movie and now i'm trying to find it.

I remember this scene where appears an ice cream man at a park, and then this sexy childish girl comes up, I don't remember what they said, but they started having sex and this guy was telling her if she wanted his "tutti frutti" refering to his penis, and then repeats the word a lot (tutti frutti like the ice cream flavor).

any clue??

It's like looking for a needle in a haystack, unfortunately. There have to be literally millions of titles out there and the scenario that you mentioned is probably not unique to that film.
