She spilling out of a nurse uniform and he appears to be on a gurney (or hospital bed). It's NOT from Nurse Nancy. During a brief monent near the ened of the scene the camera cuts to the white cotton screen and the shadow of a person (unknown) moves slightly creating the apperance that someone is watching.
