I am looking for a specific adult movie I watched on VHS back in the mid of 1990s [probably].
It felt like an English or American production with actors speaking English.
The Greek localized title on the VHS tape translates to something like "No more sex, only vices" ("Όχι πια σεξ, μόνο βίτσια"), but this was likely a completely random local title.

Here are the unique plot points and scenes I remember vividly:The Setup & Gimmick: The movie is set inside a medical clinic.
The "boss" or central character running around is a muppet/puppet character called "Mr. Simon" (or something very similar).
The Blue Liquid: This puppet character possesses a blue aphrodisiac fluid/liquid. Whenever this liquid touches anyone's skin, it causes instant, intense arousal, which triggers the erotic scenes.
